The RightMate4U™ system was developed out of two of my backgrounds, 24 years teaching corporations how to fill high profile positions with high performing personnel, and 22 years actively coaching and being coached by experts in the field of romantic relationships.
A double Masters in International Business from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor provided me with a solid foundation for appreciating the behavioral consistencies amongst highly sought after employees both in the United States and abroad. Since 1985, I've used that knowledge to teach Fortune 500 executives how to fill positions with the right people. In the course of my career, I've conducted over 5000 professional behavioral assessments.
After I experienced a painful end to a seven year relationship with a wonderful man I thought that I might never find someone to spend the rest of my life with. Fortunately, I was approached by one of my groups (which had met weekly for eight years focusing exclusively on what works and doesn't work in relationships) and they challenged me to develop a model and system for filling my "mate position" with the right man.
Even though I was the behavioral specialist for installing selection systems when companies had trouble finding quality personnel, I wasn't completely sold on the idea. But I was compelled enough to begin designing what has become the RightMate4U™ program.
The marriage of my corporate behavioral selection system technology and my romantic relationship expertise developed out of participating in this group seemed promising on paper. However, it wasn't until I taught it the following year to my then 54 year old widowed aunt that I saw it come to life. Six weeks after we spent a RightMate4U™ weekend together I met her new boyfriend, now my Uncle Perry. I became convinced to try this system out for myself.
Jeff and I started dating in March of 1994 and got married in October the following year. In the words of my Auntie Jody, "Being married to the right man is pure bliss".
Since 1993 I have been blessed to have personally shared my RightMate4U™ system with women and men on four continents. The results have been nothing short of extraordinary. Now, with the RightMate4U™ system available in a webinar format, my goal is to make this extremely effective yet surprisingly simple behavioral approach available to the millions of women who want what I wanted: A lifetime of love with the person who is both my soulmate and my earthmate. The one with whom I can happily live day to day. A man who is as deeply committed to my well being as I am to his.

I am thrilled to be a teacher on the RightMate4U™ team. Eight months after completing the curriculum, I met my husband Walter. RightMate4U™ worked for me and I know it can work for you.I graduated from the RightMate4U™ program in the fall of 1999. When I came to the first class, I was completely dejected. I was 49 years old and had never been married. As I listened to Juli and looked around the room, I was sure that Right Mate4U™ would indeed work... for everyone in the class but me. I was willing to give this class my best shot so I completed all the homework and continued to practice the principles I learned well after graduation.
After eight months of practice, I began to think, "Being single isn't all that bad." And then right when I had grown to love my single life while applying the RightMate4U™ tools and techniques, in June 2000, I met Walter. We married November 24, 2001.
During my engagement, I called Juli and reminded her that I had said that if the system worked for me I wanted to apprentice as a RightMate4U™ course instructor. I quickly began assisting at group classes, learning to give homework feedback, teaching makeup classes, and eventually teaching my real love, private one-on-one classes.
I became a high school history teacher over twenty years ago because I love history and wanted to change the way my students think about history. Similarly, I love the RightMate4U™ system and want to have a positive impact on the way my students think about mate selection.
It is surprising to me that I am soon to be celebrating my eight-year wedding anniversary. On some level it feels like Walter and I are still newlyweds. On the other hand, it feels like we have been married forever. I had always heard that one has to work at having a good marriage. What I have found is that if one puts in the time and effort into selecting well, the marriage simply works.
It is my privilege to share the Right Mate4U™ program with you.
